Light the fuse

I'd never heard of FUSEbefore and so the announcement of MacFuse really didn't do much for me. But this post on The Download Squad showed me the light. Currently the only access I have to my server is through SFTP and SSH. It would be really nifty to be able to mount it on the desktop. While I can do something similar with Stairways Software's fine Interarchy application, MacFUSE is free (and still in beta, so beware).
